Welcome, and thanks for supporting NATO UO.

I would like to thank all those that came before me. They laid the groundwork, and in some cases tore up the groundwork, upon which this work is based. I make no claims of originality for this work, as most of the pictures, weapons, and ideas have already been distributed. The work I have done on this project involved sorting all the data, fixing corrupted weapons, and adjusted obviously pooched ones. The big thing is it now works for Urban Ops. :-)

I strived in this ordeal to ensure that all weapons were at least somewhat believably realistic. Ammo capacities, for the most part, have been standardized. Zoom levels have been adjusted to a more meaningful level. Sniper rifles, for example, for the most part have been stuck with 10x scopes, to reflect the reality of the real-life military using fixed power 10x scopes. Assault rifles have a 3x zoom, not because the have magnifying sights, they don't, but because there is a limitation imposed by the resolution of the computer screen. I wanted the user to be able to at least use the weapon to it's potential, without being hampered by 640x480 pixel-vision.

Hopefully this works out for you. If assistance is needed, please contact me at Moose308@home.com

TO INSTALL. UNZIP the zip file to the ROGUE SPEAR directory. It should all end up in the ROGUE SPEAR/MODS directory under the name of NATO UO. If in doubt, unzip to a TEMP directory, and simply move the whole NATO UO folder to the ROGUE SPEAR/MODS directory.
